Our unique 4” diamond pads with built‑in flex and a 10 mm diamond layer deliver high stability and large coverage per set. Available in metal‑bond for fast cutting and resin‑bond for high gloss polishing. Wet polishing removes airborne dust and produces a cleaner, clearer concrete surface than dry grinding.

Developed together with leading diamond tool manufacturers, these pads are optimized for power trowel polishing and attach directly to the Velcro‑covered trowel disc.

Combined with our nanosilica products ConcreteDensifier ns and ConcreteShield ns, the system achieves a significantly higher final finish and DOI (Distinctness of Image) than densifiers based on sodium, potassium or lithium silicate.

Surface Texture Meters

To achieve the best result for a concrete floor when grinding and polishing it, you should have measuring tools such as Surface Structure Meters and Gloss Meters to have control over the process. Many companies in the USA have been doing this for several years now to be able to repeat a good result on different concrete floors. We offer these tools and the knowledge to achieve the optimal end result even for operators who do not have much experience of Grinding and Polishing. The surface texture meter removes the guesswork when it comes to diagnosing the level of scratches in the floor. By measuring the RA level after each tool step, you ensure that you dial the correct RA number before moving on to the next tool. By measuring the surface structure, property owners and architects can know exactly what quality floor they are getting and you as a contractor are aware of the structure level you have achieved before you hand over the grinded and polished floor to your customer.
